 Today’s SOC Chamber networkers speakers were Jason Smith with Help-u-Sell, and YAY it was finally Cal Coasts turn to speak   Whoop whoop!!

Next Jason Smith with Help U Sell had a great powerpoint presentation for us.  Jason helps both buyers and sellers in OC find real estate.  In a traditional real estate transaction, there is typically a 6 percent fee Realtors and brokers charge.  Helpusell offers a flat fee, and they are able to do this by automating many services but still providing full service.
