Orange County Lender Chris Jordan At The Latest Southern California Chamber of Commerce Meeting

The latest Southern California Chamber of Commerce meeting was an interesting one. Everyone in attendance learned quite a bit about home loans in about the home loan or mortgage industry.

It was at this meeting that Chris Jordan with Skyview Lending Group spoke. Chris is a longtime Southern California Chamber of Commerce member an Orange County lender.  Chris is extremely passionate about helping people with their homes and their loans. Over the years Chris has helped many people get a loan for a new home and in more recent times help some homeowners rework their mortgage so that they have better interest rates as well as lower monthly payments which is helped many people stay in their homes in these troubled times.

After giving a brief rundown of what he does with Skyview Lending Group, the Orange County lender talked a bit about some of the things people talk to him about. The layperson and generally speaking, people who don’t work in the mortgage industry, assume that the loan industry is a horrible place to work especially in this economy. Chris states that it’s not uncommon to hear people say things like wow your job sucks, I’m so sorry, how do you survive, and even how is your job going anyway. Though some of these comments may seem standoffish or bit abrasive Chris always has a polite response for those who feel the loan industry is a difficult industry to work within. Chris usually starts by explaining that the housing market has always had its ups and downs and that the pendulum always swings both ways. In his years of experience in Chris has seen it all and handled it all when it comes to helping people find loans as well as refinancing their current loans. In actuality Chris enjoys being a lender because it allows him to work with good people and help people both fulfill and keep their dreams.

Chris then went on to explain what sets him apart from other lenders. Chris’s two most predominant traits as a lender are honesty and responsibility. Chris is not the type of lender to tell you what you want to hear but rather will tell you what you need to hear and keep talks grounded in reality. Additionally Chris is a lender who truly cares about you and your story and wants to see you and/or your family get into and stay in the home of your dreams. As Chris is a people person he’s always got an open ear for any client who has a story to tell. By being so honest and trustworthy Chris’s clients will not only have the opportunity to get a great loan but will also have the peace of mind that comes along with working with a Orange County lender you can trust and be comfortable with.
